KRISTIN DARGA

PTA, CPT, Former Professional Danser
Physical Therapist Assistant

Kristin is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and certified personal trainer (CPT) with a BFA in Dance from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She brings a strong foundation in biomechanics, movement science, and functional rehabilitation to her practice, combining hands-on care with a personalized approach to help patients of all ages reduce pain, restore mobility, and build strength and stability.

Before entering healthcare, Kristin spent over 15 years as a professional dancer, performing in large-scale productions across multiple divisions of The Walt Disney Company and touring both domestically and internationally. She also coached dancers and ice skaters in movement quality and functional conditioning—experiences that shaped her understanding of alignment, muscular balance, and injury prevention. After overcoming a chronic back injury herself, Kristin developed a deep appreciation for evidence-based rehabilitation and corrective exercise, which she now applies to provide safe, effective care, track measurable progress, and help patients achieve their goals.

Today, she integrates manual therapy, functional strength training, mobility work, and movement re-education to support long-term recovery and lasting functional improvement.

Outside of work, Kristin enjoys staying active through Pilates and group fitness classes, traveling, exploring local coffee shops, and spending time with family and friends.
