Kyle Jaeger, MS, LAT, ATC is a board-certified and state-licensed Athletic Trainer with a passion for helping athletes perform at their best while staying healthy and resilient. Kyle earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine and Master’s degree in Athletic Training from Concordia University of Wisconsin, where he also competed for three years as a NCAA Division III soccer player.

Kyle’s diverse clinical experience includes working with the Milwaukee Wave, Froedtert Sports Fit, Nicolet High School, and Concordia University of Wisconsin’s NCAA athletic programs. Through these experiences, he has developed a strong foundation in orthopedic assessment, injury evaluation, emergency care, exercise prescription, rehabilitation, and biomechanics. His background as both an athlete and Athletic Trainer allows him to bridge the gap between injury care and athletic performance.

Kyle is also a Girls Premier Soccer Coach at Bavarian United SC, where he combines his passion for soccer with his expertise in sports medicine and athletic development. Through the Vita/Bavarian United partnership, Kyle serves as the Sports Medicine and Athletic Development Coordinator, leading initiatives focused on athlete health, injury prevention, and performance. His role includes providing sideline medical coverage, conducting Functional Movement Screenings (FMS), evaluating and assessing injuries, and developing medically informed strength and athletic development programs tailored to the needs of Bavarian athletes.

In addition to his Athletic Training credentials, Kyle is trained and certified in stretching techniques through the Flexologist Training Program (FTP). He is passionate about taking a comprehensive approach to athlete development – helping athletes recover from injury, move better, build strength, and ultimately perform at their highest level.
